Dei Vino Nobile di Montepulciano riserva DOCG “Bossona” (2017)

Grape varieties: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: after having carefully selected the grapes on the sorting bench, a soft pressing follows, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C and maceration on the skins for 28-30 days with replacements.
Maturation: for 36 months of which at least 20 in tonneaux, followed by a period of refinement in the bottle.
Tasting notes: Ruby red in color tending towards garnet, the nose expresses hints of violets, undergrowth and spices. On the palate it is fine, with firm but velvety tannins, and a long taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairing: ideal with meat first courses, lasagne, mushrooms and mature cheeses
