Dei Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG (2019)

Grape varieties: 100% Sangiovese with small quantities of traditional vines of the denomination.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C and maceration on the skins for 15-20 days with pumping over.
Maturation: minimum 24 months, of which at least 18 in 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Ruby red in color, the nose is intense with notes of ripe cherry, plum and violet. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with great structure with velvety tannins and balanced by a perfect acidity, balanced, harmonious and persistent.
Pairing: ideal with meat first courses, lasagne, mushrooms and mature cheeses
