Cavalleri Brut Blanc de Blancs Franciacorta DOCG
The cuvée is obtained by blending the wines derived from the DOCG vineyards located on the hills around Erbusco. Brut Blanc de Blancs is the most representative cuvée in which chardonnay expresses great elegance and finesse and surprising evolutionary capacity.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay from the 2012 harvest, 15% from 2011 and 5% from 2010
Aging: at least 2 years on the lees
