It is the company’s symbolic wine, dedicated to Alberto Bartolommei, who planted the Mother Vineyard in 1965, from which clones are still obtained today for the new plants planted in the company’s new vineyards.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Tasting Notes: With a solid tannic structure in its youth, it reaches its peak after five – seven years in the bottle, achieving a taste profile of great balance. Ruby red in color tending to garnet, a wide, fruity, ethereal nose with a hint of resin spice. The flavor is warm, intense, harmonious, leaving a myriad of small and pleasant sensations on the palate.
Pairings: Grilled red meats, stews and game.
