Grapes : 100% Sangiovese
Vinification : Alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the skins (18-20 days) at a controlled temperature and spontaneous malolactic fermentation, both in truncated conical Slavonian oak vats.
Aging: In Slavonian oak barrels of 20 to 32 hl for approx. 6-10 months; it follows an aging in bottle of at least 3-4 months.
Tasting notes: has an intense ruby color, aromas of red fruit and vanilla, on the palate it has a good structure, light tannins and persistence.
Pairings: pasta with meat sauce, roasted red and white meats, mushrooms, cold cuts and cheeses.
