Grape variety : 100% Sangiovese

Vineyards : Grapes from the two company crus (Canalicchio 40% and Montosli 60%) were used for this wine: the choice to increase Montosoli compared to our traditional 50% and 50% derives from the greater concentration that the grapes in this area have reached. All the vineyards are over 10 years old.

Vinification : In steel tanks with fermentation temperature control, soft pumping over every day. Maceration on the skins for 25 days

Aging : 36 months in 25 and 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels
