Brezza Langhe DOC Nebbiolo (2019)

Grape variety : Nebbiolo (Sub-variety Lampia)

Vinification : carried out respecting the freshness and elegance of the wine. The fermentation with maceration lasts from 6 to 10 days, then the still veiled wine is kept at a temperature of about 18-20 ° C, to favor malolactic fermentation. Subsequently it is refined only in steel and in the spring put into the bottle by closing only with glass stopper.

Tasting notes : on the nose it expresses primary aromas (floral, rose, violet and citrus hints of orange peel), less full-bodied on the palate and relatively ready to drink. It can withstand some aging even if a relatively young consumption is preferable.

Pairing : it adapts more easily to the more austere Barolo when paired with summer menus and not very elaborate, it also goes very well with structured fish dishes.
