Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
Winemaking: fermentation according to the Charmat Method at a controlled temperature (16-18°) in steel vats.
Tasting notes: pale straw yellow in color with excellent and very persistent perlage, on the nose it expresses a fragrant aroma characterized by a pleasant hint of peach. In the mouth you can appreciate the harmony between softness on the palate and acidity.
Pairing: ideal as an aperitif and versatile throughout the meal, it is excellent with cured meats, fresh cheeses, white meats, fish, shellfish and first courses.
