Banfi Serena Toscana IGT Sauvignon Blanc (2019)

Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Vinification: mixed fermentation, partly in steel vats at a controlled temperature (13-15°C), partly in 350 l French oak barriques in an air-conditioned cell. Mixed refinement, partly in 350 l French oak barriques, with batonnage and roulage, and partly in steel with rest on the lees for approximately 5 months.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow in colour, the nose is intense and varietal with citrus notes and herbaceous hints of nettle and tomato leaf. In the mouth it expresses good acidity and flavor with a persistent finish.
Pairing: excellent with vegetable-based dishes, it also goes well with dishes with more intense flavours.
