Banfi Fontanelle Toscana IGT Chardonnay (2019)

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature (16°) in French oak barriques. Aging in 350 l French oak barriques. with batonnage and roulage for 8-10 months.
Tasting notes: pale straw yellow in colour, the nose expresses intense floral and fruity aromas. In the mouth, hints of pear, apricot and elderberry stand out accompanied by a soft structure well balanced by a hint of flavor. Persistent finish characterized by notes of vanilla.
Pairing: ideal with elaborate fish dishes and white meats.
