Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration, spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 10 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Sangiovese
selected to maintain freshness and fruity profile
Ageing: in French oak barrels (10-50 hl) for a few months and subsequent aging in the bottle for 6 months.
Tasting notes: intense ruby red in color, the nose has a bouquet of cherry, red fruits, violet, with herbaceous hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is fruity with earthy and mineral notes, balanced, harmonious and with a good taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairings: Perfect with red meat dishes, veal, bruschetta and cheese.
