Tasting notes: of a beautiful bright ruby red, the nose is intense with notes of cherry, plum, small red fruits and hints of undergrowth. On the palate it expresses great structure, it is balanced and harmonious.
Pairings: ideal with structured first courses, with escalopes with mushrooms, game and with platters of cheeses and cured meats.
