Ageing: at least 2 years in oak barrels
Refinement: at least 4 months in the bottle
Tasting notes: of a beautiful ruby red with garnet hues, the nose expresses notes of violet, berries and spicy hints of vanilla, cocoa, tobacco and undergrowth. On the palate consistent with the nose, full-bodied, tannic and well balanced.
Pairings: Perfect with dishes based on roasted red meats and aged cheeses.
