Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Tasting notes: Of a beautiful intense ruby red color, the nose is floral and fruity with hints of currants and blackberries and notes of vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it is fruity, full-bodied and with good taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairings:Ideal with land appetizers and red meat and game dishes. It also goes well with aged cheeses, risotto with mushrooms and grilled meats.
